Luckily we can cut queue by ONLINE check in + Kiosk Beggage Tag Printing at Airport.

We printed the Luggage Tag ourselves...and we can queue in a special counter (quicker check in / luggage drop in).

We bought the mineral water via VENDING MACHINE.

LY shock when the screen black up after input RM4.

Zero OUTPUT.....

So - I escalate via the notice phone number...

Amazing - the man solve it in one min.  He asking me go to other machine (close to Starbucks shop)....then he will control from his end to "release" mineral water without any payment!
