We have a lot of egg and onion to be depleted...so............this is the output :

My Sofa Cushions Renovation / Repair Plan - with Lazada self-adhesive leather

After we bought this Half Leather Sofa Cushion (Brand : Gucca Italy from Bagan Ajam at ~RM3000) for 5 years....it started to look bad after it's sofa skin being peeled out.

For cost saving initiative, we do not plan to buy a new sofa, especially under FMCO critical shortages market ....but we are looking for "REPAIR" solution.   I manage to get one get the solution via LAZADA with LOWER PRICE Solution.

Samsung Galaxy A52 - 23 SEPT 2021 Purchase

Today - I would say all the retire old folks especially over 60 years old...they are heavy user of smart phone. s

Less than 2.5 years, new phone replacement required. 

I guess two reason -

1.)One is the smart phone quality is deteriorated.  Mostly can TAHAN for two years (For phone price at RM1K to RM 1.8K range products).

2.)Second is the OLD folks heavy user over abuse the phone (using it day and night in HARD MODE).

Last Samsung A50 smart phone is not able to turn on.  Suspected it is a battery fault....BUT after sending to Samsung Service Centre (Sunway Carnival Basement office)....the person - it is BOARD issue.!  Estimated repair cost is RM1041 (without battery cost).  She is suggesting me to replace a new smart phone since it is not a worth it to pay for such high repairing cost.  This is the whole story.................how come SAMSUNG GALAXY A52 appearing in below blog.

PURCHASE STUDY 

1.)Market shortage - lacking of SAMSUNG GALAXY A52 (LTE) phone.  No color (other than white) is offered.

2.)No price nego is allowed.  RM1499 (strict pricing).  No free gift given.  Take it or leave it.

3.)No Samsung paper beg given.  They just given a normal XIAOXX plastic since Samsung do not deliver any paper beg for them since mid May 2021.  Covid-19 impact.

Tough life for SELLER and BUYER under pandemic.

Sticker Remover - My Back Door

 After staying here for 5 years....I just realized that my back door (kitchen door aluminium / standard steel sticker is never removed).  MCO - granted me time to review on my back door.  The sticker cover has been really attached to my door after > 5 years of sunshine.

I have tried few time to remove it, either by baby oil, by hand, by vary weapon....i cannot clean it up at all......haaa!

You see - the while color parts are referring to the aluminium sticker cover!

Look very dirty and not organized at all.....................

What?! Why suddenly all the stickers being removed?  What is the magic?

AMAZING....the back door is look so clean and nice now.....who is the helper to make it clean?

ANSWER - This is STICKER REMOVER SPRAY i bought from Lazada last week.

Amazing .....................Less than RM10....but it helped me to clean my back door!!

DA OHN DA KOREA (Korean BBQ Restaurant) - Great Korean Cuisine

 

This is my famous KOREAN Cuisine restaurant in Raja Uda!  In fact - the restaurant offering their customers with many type of side dishes (korean cold dishes with FOC)!!

This time they just took TAKE AWAY order.  No dine in is allowed in the meanwhile...even government has given green light for dine in.

The restaurant still maintained clean and very organized.

I miss this place for dine in indeed!
