PENANG TOUR GUIDE FOR LYDIA CHIA - My Singapore Guest (DAY 1)

My Singapore friend (Lydia Chia) has planned a trip to Penang on 25 JUNE 2022.  I have drafted her some Penang Tour Gudeline.  End of the day - I do not how much she will comply to the guide....haaa!

Lydia come to Penang with her two Pre-U friend : Serena (US BOSTON PR Now) and Helen Tan (Singaporen).  I have plan to accompany them for two days tour on 26 (Sunday) and 27 JUNE 2022 (Monday).

5.)Balik Pulau - I need to explore next week since I am seldom be there.  Newspaper – the road is 100% jam due to Durian Farm session crowded most of the time.  If you are DURIAN lover, we still can buy from the any durian stall in Penang Mainland or Island.

Brought them to Chai Leng Park to taste BEST Koay Teow Soup (Ipoh Hofan)

They love PUMPKIN BARLEY.

The tambun biscuit is perhaps the most saught after gifts from Penang Island when it comes to food, I guess it’s just as well since stale char kueh teow or laksa isn’t exactly great. Tambun biscuit, or tau sah peah (豆沙饼) in Hokkien, is basically a baked biscuit with thin and slightly oily layer of skin wrapping a lot of green bean paste.
