Prepared some coconut jelly during weekend.
Process :
1.)Buying few coconut water packs
2.)Boil coconut water with 70'c
3.)Pour the Jelly powder into coconut water/ juice
4.)Stir the diluted jelly powder with coconut water
5.)After 3 min 8 second, you can start to off the stove and pouring the coconut water (after diluted with Jelly Powder) into any container.
Yummy......!!!
