 I also confused with this new building in Juru Sentral junction (opposite to Juru AUTOCITY).  WHY?  Couple quarters ago - I saw the building signboard indicated HOLIDAY INN Hotel ......(during the construction period).

After two years.....I have seen the building being name as SKY RESIDENCE PRAI.  It is service apartment!!
