Semi Annual Home Lunch 2019 March

LY and myself start prepare for our First Half (Semi Annual Home Lunch) preparation today.  

First Dish - RED CHOU FISH.  It is a super XXXL size of fish.  This fish is contributed by my ex-neighbourhood in Taman Cantik.  At least 2KG weighted.

We prepared the ginger and garlic fried...and then FRIED THE FISH in two session - HEAD and TAIL.  Later ...we prepare the black season sauce.  Really a tough job....but the end result is EXCELLENT ...delicious...yummy!!  This become my signature dish now.

LY prepared for the Red Bean Tomato Sauce with minced pork.  Fried the minced pork with egg in the first stage....then we prepare the red bean sauce in second stage..........END RESULT :...............................not look popular!! 
 Our favourite Veggie Fried...taste superb!  Colorful and tempted.
 This is bittermelon with black tausi fish.   I like it so much.
 My expertise to prepare for the dessert.  
- Longan/ Genggeng
- Ginko / Pek Kuih
- Sweet Wintermelon / 甜冬瓜
- Barli
- White Fungus
- Soy Bean

We also prepared a big lunch supplement --> SPAGHETTI with Tomato Sauce with Big Prawn  ........... Top Ranking 1 western food in my family.  Good!!
 OMG - My dessert almost fully finished by all family members.
