I am taking opportunity to buy my lovely tau sah peah on 30 March 2021...a special day for me....

每次一到槟城必买的土产就是豆沙饼了。槟城好吃的豆沙饼其实有好几家，我本身比较钟情于馨香饼家的豆沙饼。这家位于Burma Road的馨香已经有>70年的历史了。馨香每天都生产新鲜烘焙豆沙饼、香饼及马蹄酥等等。而豆沙饼可以说是馨香的镇店之宝，许多游客来到这里总是一次购买数十盒来送礼。所以店里总是大排长龙呢！

他们的豆沙饼里头是包绿豆馅，外头的饼皮虽然使用的是植物油，但是因为有揉进油葱酥所以吃起来油葱味大于绿豆甜馅的味道，有咸甜的层次感非常好吃。由于没有真空包装，所以只有两个星期的品尝期哦！
