Meeting up with my TRAVEL BROTHERHOOD GANGS for lunch today.
We love Japanese cuisine so we decided to have lunch in Kaze, Icon city.

This is my lovely chawanmushi.....

 Salmon Shashimi here is very fresh and delicious....

 Japanese Noodle (Ramen)...KK Yew try to compare it with 一兰拉面 in Japan....Of course...Japan I Ran is tasted better lah..............

AH LAI ordering the 曼鱼饭......the black sauce is good...full of Japanese authentic smell.

 This is a MUST ORDER item for me each time visiting to KAZE.....Salmon Fish Skin Salad with Black Sesame cream....

This is the still the best one in town.

This is a controlled item in KAZE..they only will give LIMITED WASABI...we need to ask few times for them to send us additional WASABI...haaa!

We are coming again - Golden Ding Restaurant.
I am bring my parent to taste the great BEEHOON Soup with Yam here. 

This round I am ordering MACHA ice ....But I still prefer Black Sesame which is taste better.

My father prefer to drink coffee....since he was the famous Kopitiam taukeh before...heee!

My mom like fruit tea.

We have some Yam Fried Snack....

We enjoy our lunch at Golden Ding Restaurant today..a sunny and hot SUNDAY!
What is the special item must taste here?

Personally I would recommend you to taste their dessert - Black Sesame Ice Blade.  It is really good....you even cannot "feel" at your mouth if this is ice or "solid food"...something very special.

Of course - the TOP 1 SELLER food - YAM SOUP NOODLE...either can order by BEE HOON or MISUA.  The MISUA is a type of rough Bee Hoon.

 You can choose FRIED Fish, Fish Meatball, Prawn......but the Noodle Soup Content remain same as "YAM SOUP".

 They close on MONDAY.

 The business is so good here......................!! Proven the food here is GOOD!!
